We came here for Birthday celebration. Everything from food, service, atmosphere to location was great. The tiny flaw was that the risotto could be cooked with little bit more flavor but it still tasted good.

One of our favorite places! Highly recommend coming to eat here if you haven't been. It's an amazing Italian restaurant with great food, atmosphere and amazing service. Every night no matter which night you come to dine here is always a good time and the food never disappoints. Some of my favorite options are the veggie soup, the scallops and the cheese cake.

Had the best dining experience! Food and drinks were delicious. We were seated in the patio/ garden. It was our wedding anniversary and we were not disappointed. Felt like we were in Italy. The staff is very friendly and we were very lucky to have Megan as our waitress. We are vegan/vegetarian and she helped us pick our meal which was so delicious! We will be back for another meal for sure!

Excellent food and service from Ryan. Great ambience. A very enjoyable dinning experience. The calamari is light and crispy. Lightly salted. The rack of lamb cooks perfectly. The ossobuco and the bone marrow is rich and tender. Slightly on the salty side to my liking. The cappuccino is delicious. Overall we are impressed and delighted to find another good restaurant that worth revisiting. They acknowledge the booking was for a birthday celebration at the front desk however there are no special celebrations or anything offered by the restaurant so I’m not sure the purpose of asking when I made reservation.

Had a great time here with friends for dinner! Really loved the food here. Favourite one is the squid spaghetti. Also the lava cake is wonderful! I think better than the tiramisu. Our server lady is so sweet and friendly and elegant and pretty! Had a really good time here!

Giardino has been around in Vancouver for many years, and it’s easy to see why it’s stood the test of time. The food is simply amazing — full of flavor and warmth, it truly tastes like homemade Italian cooking. Every dish feels carefully prepared, just like a meal at a family table. What really sets Giardino apart, though, is the atmosphere and the people. The staff is incredibly attentive and welcoming. On one visit, the owner actually sat down with me while I was dining — we had a lovely conversation, and it made the experience even more memorable. It’s that kind of personal touch that makes you feel at home. The bartender is another highlight. He not only serves great drinks but also remembers your preferences — a small detail that makes a big difference. The ambiance is cozy and relaxed, perfect for a night out whether you're alone, with friends, or on a date. I absolutely love this place and recommend it wholeheartedly to anyone looking for authentic Italian food and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

The best pasta we have tried so far. They allow option of half orders of pasta so you can try more flavours! The bread was good. They give you 2 options and you can have both. There was this flatbread that’s freshly made for every table. Crunchy and delicious. The tiramisu is quite unique as well, with complicated flavours and textures. Highly recommend but expensive.

Their service is exceptionally outstanding. The server was very well educated, polite, knowledgeable, always come at the right time for checking. The food was excellent too, they are delicious and have enough portion for an adult man. The price is fairy reasonable, considering it’s a fine dining restaurant. I also saw that they put a lot of effort on their wine list. It was such an enjoyable experience. I would visit this place again. The photos I attached are half portion. They served half plate to each of us (group of two) when I said we will share.
